Sich wach und aufmerksam jedem Kinde zu widmen, ist ein kreativer Prozess. Möglich wird dies durch das Engagement jedes/jeder Einzelnen an der Schule, durch kleine Gruppen und einem hohen Anteil an Lehrer/inne/n. Eine Antwort auf die Lebensfragen unserer Schüler/innen zu finden, darum wollen wir uns bemühen.
Awakening Talents
Karl Schubert was a special needs teacher with an extraordinarily sensitive, compassionate perception of the goings on inside others. With an incredible amount of personal warmth, he strove to awaken his students "at their core." Essentially, his approach is not so much about education per se, but about awakening those abilities and talents that are already present.
